1. General Provisions
If a consumer purchases goods/services through this website, this mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" and the "Regulations on Distance Contracts" of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.
2. Making Purchases
The prices and specifications for products sold in the online store are listed next to the products. To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the payment to finalize the order.
3. Payment Terms

NB! When using an internet banking payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button. Personal data required for payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS. The contract comes into effect upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed, and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Purchased goods are delivered using Omniva parcel lockers. All fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at its destination must be covered by the buyer. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Purchased goods are delivered to the address provided by the buyer within 2-6 business days. If you need to send goods to other European Union countries, please contact us in advance by writing to info@zekeyarn.lv. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to send goods within up to 45 calendar days, in which case we will inform the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Paragraph 19 of the "Regulations on Distance Contracts" of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal and return goods purchased from the online store "https://zekeyarn.lv" within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase to the address: Caunes iela 10k2-17, Riga, Latvia, LV-1006. After receiving the item, the payment will be refunded within 14 days. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will promptly, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract. The seller has the right to withhold the payment until the goods or proof of their return have been received from the buyer. If the buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by the online store, the online store is not obligated to reimburse the additional shipping costs. The online store is not responsible for any delay, non-performance, or other failure to perform its obligations that results from circumstances and obstacles beyond the online store's reasonable control. The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and to demand their return from the buyer if the price listed on the website is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
If a defect is found in an item, it is possible to exchange it or receive a refund for both the item and shipping costs within 2 weeks (14 calendar days). The buyer must inform the seller about the non-conformity of the goods by contacting the online store via email at info@zekeyarn.lv.
7. Processing of Buyer's Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc. The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods. If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you from time to time with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when signing up for marketing communications. The buyer can opt out of marketing communications by notifying us at info@zekeyarn.lv.
8. Dispute Resolution
For matters not covered in these terms and conditions, the buyer and seller agree to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia. All disputes between the seller and the buyer shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the parties will resolve the dispute in a court of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian law. Disputes between the buyer (consumer) and the seller can also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a court of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer also has the right to turn to European Union dispute resolution bodies.
